For the first time in history, two great computer nerds Money Eyesthat change the history of computing meet face to face publicly before the big screen at San Diego, California for a up close and personal sesson. This session took place at D Conference on May 30 2007.
(1997 meeting is not counted as it is about Microsoft’s business investment of $150 millions to then almost collapsed Apple)

In this session, Steve Jobs of Apple and Bill Gates together reminisced the old times when computer industry was still in infancy, and how they changed the face of computing through series of interesting events.

It’s interesting to see how the extroverted Steve tease the more intoverted Bill.

The full video lasting 75 min can be found at Video of Steve Jobs and Bill Gates at D Conference by image  using image  technology.

The video is surprisingly smooth and fast at 250kbps using Singapore Starhub at 1am. Similar video in Youtube is choppy at 20kbps, more than 12 times difference. BrightCove’s video is also sharper and clearer than the Youtube’s version.

The rest of section is additional video, one on real history underlying success of Steve and Bill, and another on the comical meeting between the two ‘fake’ nerds (Highly recommended for the laugh !).
