is back again. It is encouraging to see that even in this worst downturn, there is no lack of “talent” coming forth to be the next Singapore Idol (or perhaps the next “William Hung” ).
So here is how it begins.
Can you see what I see ? Da@#$n those vehicles blocking my view LOL or maybe my timing is poor. This time is around 4pm.
This is where participants register before leading to the waiting area.
Inside is where the patient participants begin their steps towards “starhood”.
The Queue under the hot sun
See how hot is the weather and also the crowd. It is around 4pm and the sun is still glaring hot.
Once a while, someone will be ask to perform live to demonstrate their singing power. Good news is I yet to encounter “William Hung” but then I reserve my judgement.
After registration, you will be lead to the waiting area below before performing in front of judges. I guess to many even performing in front of those judges no matter how dismal the performance is, is a bag of honour.
Nervous and last-minute preparation.
